Workmanship and Parts Warranties

Workmanship Warranty - Ion Electric provides a 2-year workmanship warranty on all electrical work installed by Ion Electric. We pledge that this work shall be performed in a clean and workmanlike manner, of good quality, and free of faults and defects during this warranty period. This warranty shall become void should it be determined that the electrical work installed has been misused or altered in any way.

Parts Warranty - Ion Electric provides a 1-year parts warranty on all materials supplied by Ion Electric unless otherwise listed. The cost of the defective parts themselves is covered at no additional cost to the customer for a period of (1) full year (365 days) from the installation date. However, the labor involved for replacing such parts is only covered for a period of (30) days from the installation date. The parts/materials supplied are only covered under normal care and proper usage. The following exceptions are not included as part of this warranty: parts/materials/devices/fixtures/equipment supplied and/or installed by others, surge protective devices, photocell type devices/fixtures, and motion detector type devices/fixtures.
